Our commitment

RallyMate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and the sexualization of minors in any form. This applies to every part of the service: chat messages, photos, videos, posts, comments, profiles and any other user content.

Who can use RallyMate

RallyMate is a companion app for touring rallies — road trips where adults drive together in a convoy. You must be 16 or older to use RallyMate, and rallies are private groups joined by invitation code from an organizer.

Prevention and moderation

• Every piece of user content — messages, photos, videos, posts, comments and profiles — can be reported directly in the app.
• Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Content that violates these standards is removed and the account is terminated.
• Users can block other users; blocked users' content is hidden across the app.
• All users accept our Terms of Use, which include a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, at registration.

Reporting child safety concerns

To report a child safety concern, use the in-app reporting function (press and hold on any content), or contact us directly at bergetun@tblmedical.no. Reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized above all other moderation work.

Cooperation with authorities

When we become aware of CSAM or other child sexual abuse and exploitation on the service, we remove the content, terminate the account, preserve evidence as required by law, and report to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and recognized child protection organizations such as NCMEC where applicable. We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the regions where RallyMate operates.
